How to charge bateries with hyper fron grid?

My bateries are about 2% each one.
No sun and i want to charge them fron grid but I cannot. Any help please?

Maybe via Timer Mode or over the settings. I don't own the hyper but as this works with the ACE, it should also work on hyper. Try that please.

I try but cannot. Didnt work and its very difficult to understand the instructions in app. Very confuse.

Go to AC input and output settings and set AC output

Set input to 1200plW for fastest charging from grid

Wait until zero and your batteries will be charged automatically.😉. For charge by hand: 1. Stop all Energy Plan 2. Open Settings with icon in upper right corner. 3. Use menu AC input and Output settings. 4. Check AC Input mode (To Battery) and select your input power. Do not forget to press button "Save", too. Now your Hyper will charge the batteries. Remember, it always takes time, until the new settings are in progress.

You may try cycling through de different modes. It worked in my case before I could use the intelligent mode with the shelly
