I have a question to manufacture.
I have 3 different zendure superbase pro 1500 units available.
And all three get on your nerves from time to time.
Main problems:
1) When it goes to zero, it is not possible to charge it from 220 volts.
2) when it goes to zero, it is impossible to charge it from DC power.
3) when you set the capacity limit to 70/80/90 percent in the app, sometimes Zendure doesn't accept it and continues to charge to 100%.
4) I use Zendure as a UPS.
When there is no electricity, I turn on Zendure. I activate AC and it powers the devices, Zendure is connected to the 220 network. And when electricity appears and Zendure starts charging and when it reaches 100% capacity, it automatically turns off the AC port and stands by.
All settings responsible for deactivating the AC output are disabled.
5) inability to pair Zendure and iPhone14pro.
PS. I am waiting for your reaction and answers to these questions, because selling a product that does not meet its characteristics with constant problems is a real business.
