Zendure stuck at 500 watts

Hi there, so I’ve got solar flow hub 2000. And 2 Ab2000 batteries and a Shelly pro. 2 questions:

When the batteries are full, in smart mode CT, why does it keep consuming from the battery even when I know there is full solar available. It should first use full solar and then if needed use some battery power right?
I manually put it in bypass mode to send all solar to my house when the batteries are full. Technically it should send everything produced by solar directly into the house but i can see it is limited to about 500 watts. See screenshot?

I know that there is more than 500 watts being produced. It’s full sun and my other solar system is producing over 1.5kw on another setup.

Why is this happening?

Hi 👋🏼 Think it's because system is in Bypass Mode. Try and switch bypass of in CT Mode, then ist should be that the system takes first solar power and if this isn't enough it will pull the difference from your battery. Please be careful and don't switch bypass under load. It's an internal switch which could be damaged if used under full load. Might be the best to switch power down first. Maybe someone else has an idea what is the best way to do that.

Zu 2. Im Bypass werden die Panel parallel geschaltet. Wenn die unterschiedliche Spannungen haben, gewinnen die mit der höheren Spannung. Die anderen liefern dann keine Leistung.

Thanks for your feedback. All solar panels are the same voltage. They’re identical. I can see that they’re all working fully when it’s charging the batteries in CT mode but when the batteries are full, it doesn’t understand that the house need 2kw. It’s only sending 60-100 watts to the house in CT mode and using the battery as well. Although there’s a lot of sun.

That’s why I switch to bypass mode to send all power solar to the house but even the. It’s limiting itself to 500 watts

@felli: thanks for your reply. I tried CT mode but it’s also using battery in CT mode when I know that there is a lot of solar but it only shows 50 watts of solar. It’s really buggy. Doesn’t work as it should. That’s why I was switching manually to bypass mode because then it can send all power solar to the house. But it’s limiting itself to 500 watts. Not sure why…
