Jenson My satellite plug has not been recording Data for a copy of days now. Anyone experienced the same?

ReiS Same problem, but not all plugs affected 🙁 found no way to reactivate. Seems the values for the matching modus are 'freeze'. The plug works fine on the main page the consumption is shown correct after 25 seconds
21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3 I had the problem too. I temporarily paired the plug with the "Smart Life" app. There is the item "Delete all data". Then connected again in SolarFlow and since then it works again. The historical data are just gone.
21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3 Ich hatte das Problem auch. Hab den Plug vorübergehend mit der „Smart Life“ App gekoppelt. Dort gibt es den Punkt „Alle Daten Löschen“. Danach wieder in SolarFlow eingebunden und seitdem geht es wieder. Die historischen Daten sind halt weg.
Blue-Pinguin Nach dem Firmware-Update über die SmartLife App funktioniert es jetzt. Im Anschluss das Gerät aus der App wieder entfernten und in SF einbinden. Vielen Dank!
