Hi, I bought the cable to connect my SBV6400 to my HUB1200 because Zendure told me that it works.. (see the answer of Zendure at the end).
I received the cable and … it doesn’t work.. I send a message to Zendure and explain the issue and here the answer:

The SBV is maybe dangerous indeed I wanted to charge it on AC power (normal use), after a couple of minutes there was an mini explosion, Lightning at the top back right and smelling of burning but they don’t care and no answer about that.

Auweia, da kann man dir nur wünschen, dass der Zendure Support so kulant (freiwillige Leistung des Herstellers) ist und dir eine neue SBV zusenden. Also ich probiere die Einspeisung jetzt erstmal über den Anderson Ausgang. Soll ja laut Zendure bis 30 A und oder 370 Watt funktionieren. Oder du schaust mal nach, ob du irgendwo noch ein Smart Home Panel bekommst. Sage dir aber gleich: In Deutschland ist es sehr selten zu bekommen, und wenn,.dann musst du richtig tief in die Tasche greifen (teuer). Auf jeden Fall alles Gute.

Hello, after a couple hour to explain the issue. Zendure apologized concerning their bad advice and have replaced my hub 1200 by hub 2000 and they have fixed my SBV. So good point for Zendure. thanks the Zendure team
