I also have the same problem with my 3 hype
Single phase
French electrical network (EDF) with a Linky meter
Linky meter information
Differential switch: 40A
One 40A with 2 Hyper units: bedroom + living room
One 40A with 1 Hyper unit: living room
Hyper 2000 and Battery connections:
1 Hyper + 2 AB2000 batteries in the balcony (covered), connected to an outdoor 16A Legrand ground outlet.
1 Hyper + 3 AB2000 batteries in the living room, connected to an indoor 16A Legrand ground outlet.
1 Hyper + 3 AB2000 batteries in the office, connected to an indoor 16A Legrand ground outlet.
The electrical network is less than 15 years old (new apartment).
Screenshot In red: the outlets used by the Hyper units.
Issue with Zenlink Desynchronization:
I’ve been experiencing desynchronization with Zenlink. It often reverts to 2 Hyper units, with the living room unit failing to synchronize with the others.
Network Information:
Wi-Fi: 5G network in the apartment, with BA13 partitions, so no interference and good signal.
Tests: Conducted over 15 days.
Multiple hardware resets of the Hyper 2000 units.
Firmware is up to date.
CPL disabled.
Attempted moving the Hyper units to different outlets to improve synchronization, but without success.
Random desynchronizations continue.
Upcoming Tests:
I plan to check for potential phase loss or drop due to:
Blown fuses,
Damaged cables,
Open circuits.
However, I doubt these are the cause, but I will check just in case.
Recent Developments:
The synchronization has been stable for the last 24 hours. I moved the Hyper units one last time and swapped 2 units between the balcony and the living room. I’m not sure if this resolved the issue or if it's just a coincidence.
