I’m a 2 x SBV 4600 + 5 x B4600 US customer.
Bought a ZenY cable to connect to a
NEMA L11-40 inlet for whole-house backup
while waiting for US version of home panel.
Worked well a couple of nights, but had not
recently charged system for calibration, so
brought all 7 batteries to 100% charge, then
began discharge via ZenY cable + Ethernet
cable. A bit over 2kW per SBV. Worked great
for a few minutes but then shut down with no
error code. Now the SBV4600 on left in photo
displays the Home Panel icon, even though I
haven’t received a home panel, and the ZenY cable + Ethernet cable will not feed 240V to
the L11-30P inlet.
Any ideas how I can persuade this SBV4600
that it is NOT connected to a home panel and get 240 flowing to the L10-30P? lithium iron
phosphate batteries age more quickly when
fully charged, so quick advice would be
appreciated.
