sbv4600 not wirking

Hello, today my v4600 device went into standby mode. There is no AC or DC input or output. It gives multiple error codes on the screen. There are two updates in the application, but the updates are left unfinished. Is there a solution to this?

The DC firmware is shown as V0. That's why you see the update Button.

But we don't see error codes on the display in your photo.

When did you update the AC firmware? Since I updated the firmware of my SBV I have the issue of random AC outages and the fuse of the AC Input circuit was damaged for two Times.

Laut Display ist der AC Ausgang auch nicht eingeschaltet!
Ich würde einen Neustart des Gerätes vorschlagen und dann sofort alle Updates machen.
Danach sollte es wieder gehen.

Did you have yours fixed? Mine has similar issue, AC Output won’t turn on, with error code 317.
