How to connect satellite battery via Bluetooth or wifi?

I currently have my satellite battery connected to my 4600 unit. Charging and discharging works fine with the entire unit and batteries connected, but it always shows my satellite battery as offline in my app. I try going into the setting of the satellite battery and connecting via Bluetooth or wifi but it never detects my satellite battery. Take a look my screenshot. Anybody can help?

Try removing the Satellite battery from you ZEBDURE app. Then add new device and select the B4600 from the list of devices your looking for. Then following thebusual process of pressing the WiFI button until two beeps. Hope that works for you.

I tried this and it does not work. Anybody else had the same problem?
