Zendure Superbase 6400

Hey guys,

I am have a superbase 6400 but I can not recharge it through the AC Input. I allready opened the AC Input Port, the cable is plugged in. It looks like its ignoring the ac Input port. Is this a Bug, how can I salve the problem?

I got a 309 Error Code in the display. What does it mean?

Some kind of error reported by the AC controller, details unknown. Zendure hasn't released a list of error codes despite several requests, so only some of them have been reverse engineered so far.

It looks like you have the homepanel Mode activated. Press AC for a longer time to deactivate this mode.
