Strange behaviour.

I installed my setup today. I found it weird tthat the zendure app is showing less power generated by the solar panels than my inverters own app. Why is there a difference?

2nd issue: the battery is discharging on its own even when I’m not consuming anything. Why is this?

3rd issue: why is it showing consuming 1.0kw when I know I’m not consuming anything. Everything in my house is off. What’s this issue?

4th problem: my inverter was able to send live power from solar panels into the house 2000 watts. But with hub2000 we’re only limited to 1200 watts? That doesn’t cover my needs sometimes when I’m running appliances that are higher like 2000 watts…

Seems you need to get an idea your own how this system works. Therefore I advise to read the manual and the datasheet instead of naming something strange.

As far as I can judge from your picture, you don't have an smart meter running. Therefore it doesn't show your consumption it only shows what is given to your power plug.

You can control what the battery gives to your home via plans and a global setting.

HUB2000 can only deliver 1200W on his output. So if you want the full capacity from your panels it is the wrong system for you.

Thanks for your reply. What I don’t understand is why is it sending maximum output 1kw to my house even when I don’t need it. It’s constantly sending this much from the batteries to my house. How do I make sure it’s intelligent enough to judge if I need 200w or 1000 watts?

Hallo, auch im Standby verbraucht das System etwas Strom und deshalb fällt die Akkustandsanzeige. Wenn du deine vollen 2000 Watt nutzen willst, dann brauchst du zwei Hubs mit Akku. Und wenn du ein perfektes System willst, dann benutze Hoymileswechselrichter mit einer OpenDTU on battery. Und natürlich brauchst du denn einen Shelly 3 em oder Pro im Stromverteiler.

It might be your settings. The system isn't intelligent until you install something like a shelly smart meter or those plugs. If you don't run it with intelligence like that it's just a stupid child what does he's telled. I think you have something in your settings which says that. I run the time plan where I tell the system how much power I want in my house and that runs very well from the beginning.

1) different systems,mdicferent values don’t compare, use your own measurement,

2) yes the Hub itself needs energy

I guess wrong settings, I guess the system is providing full power at the moment, use another setting,

4) hub2000 is limiting to 1200W, as far as I know, but allowed in Germany are only 800W
