CT monitor issues and battery full charged

Hi,
I have a strange issue with the CT monitor.
When the power load IS low 50W the CT monitor request only 21W.

And other case. When my battery is full the bypass is activated but the system doesn't supply the house.

below 100w you can get only 30w 60w or 90w
