Exactly the same here, but fortunately there's a distributor here (Montreal, Canada) who eventually, after 2-3 weeks of most of them non-sens messages, changed my SBV4600. I also have a satellite battery which didn't seem to suffer and , after a couple of days of testing the new SBV, I connected and it looks working fine. This was about 2 weeks ago and since then looks like they keep working fine, but they are in UPS mode with only a small charge (about 50W). Still there are some strange things happening like how the combo manage the charge level between them, or how they deal with sudden power increases, etc, but overall, after a power outage test, at least no more frozen unit or error codes for now.
