My app despite connected to the machine, cannot turn on light or change any function.
The charging no longer works and my AC outlets are not working.
Tried the hard reset and it shows 99% but I plugged into wall for charging and it doesn’t charge.
This whole unit is now useless to me.
What’s going on Zendure?
Can I have a refund?
