Greetings everyone!
Yesterday I received my superbase pro 1500 and complete successfull 1st set up. Im did a connection in the app, firmware update and battery calibration. After that I turned it off.
Today I switch on the base and get nothing in the app. My base is offline and ready to connect p2p only. p2p works well, but anyway i need stable connection on board in app.
What i did to resolve that by myself:
- Reset through power+ac+dc buttons and try to repair connection. Get nothing. Still offline
- Tried to connect with another wifi hotspot and internet provider. Get nothing. Still offline
- Tried to set up everything with another smartphone. Get nothing. Still offline
And now I have no idea what I need to do, guys.
Mb it can be useful info. Base is successfully connected to wifi router. I see it on admin panel (screenshot in attached).
